Become a volunteer

EmpowHer was created to help young women learn necessary skills to become great leaders.

This program was developed specifically to empower young women to have the necessary knowledge, connections and relationships to gain personal growth and understanding of the complexity of today's society.

This is perfect for young women with little or no work experience and for those with little or no Canadian work experience. The main project of this program is community engagement and civic action.

If you need stronger and more diverse experience to put in your resume, this program is great for you. If you are looking to expand your social experience, this program is great for you. If you are a young woman who needs a bit of guidance, this program is perfect for you.

The program runs in 4 cohorts and with a maximum of 15 women per cohort. Last year we are proud to have been part of the lives of 50 women who have created impactful changes in their community. We hope that this year, you will join us in this journey.
